Shipping Policy - the basics

Across the Marketplace there is a limit to shipping costs depending on the region from which the item is being sent. The Marketplace follows flat rate shipping on a per Supplier basis. For example, US to US shipping has a limit of $5, plus a max of $0.75 any additional item by the same supplier. Suppliers can adjust the cost below $5 but cannot exceed $5 local shipping. Notice the shipping cost in the “Item Detail” of each item.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
